Roadmap
What’s being built now, what’s next, and what just shipped. Daysum is built in the open. Directions, not deadlines.

Agentic Capabilities
The AI already acts for you — tell the chat to log time or add a task, goal, or objective, and it creates the real thing, free on the default model. This is the deeper version, in three steps: more actions (notes, calendar, invoices, contacts), multi-step plans it carries out and double-checks ("clear my overdue list"), and — always with your approval — initiative: your briefing spots something slipping, your AI offers to handle it.
A briefing that stays current
Today the briefing page shows a snapshot of the moment the email went out. It's becoming live: open it any time and you see your real "start with" pick and what's changed since the email.

Founding Members
Early supporters get a real voice in what gets built — weighted input, a direct line to the founder, and a founding mark on their companion avatar that's never issued again.
Team & individual goal-setting
Set shared goals, onboard a team, and watch everyone's daily work ladder up to them.
Shape the roadmap
Vote on what gets built next. Founding Members' votes carry extra weight.
Deeper collaboration
@mentions, shared activity feeds, and team calendars so a workspace feels alive.
Two-way email sync
Connect your inbox so conversations attach themselves to contacts and companies - full history on the record, no copy-paste. Sending from a record and reply capture are already live; this closes the loop.
Bring your data with you
Import contacts, companies, and open work from spreadsheets or the CRM you are leaving - and export everything, anytime. Your data stays yours in both directions.

Smarter money and leads
Your money status now projects where the month will end, not just what's spent so far. Leads can be a business with no contact person yet, and you can mark a lead disqualified so it stops cluttering the list.
Built for your phone
Your assistant's chat was rebuilt for phones: it sits above the keyboard and grows with the conversation. The app refreshes itself when you come back to it, and nearly every page got a phone-width cleanup.
A Home built around today
Home now opens on a Focus tab with the one thing to start with, a week-at-a-glance Calendar strip, and a side-quest nudge when your day touches one of your goals. On desktop your assistant docks right beside your work.
Insights that actually say something
The Insights tab on Home now ranks what matters and shows your top four: a deal date slipping, your oldest overdue item, hours you haven't billed yet, a deal gone quiet, a streak at risk, or how this week compares to your usual.
Your news, all in one place
Every article your briefings have delivered now lives on the News Topics page, newest first and grouped by day, so the story you skimmed on Tuesday is easy to find on Friday.
A briefing email that nudges, not buries
The email is now short: your one pick for the day, why it comes first, and a button into the full briefing. Everything else waits for you in the app, ready when you are.
Bank imports that understand transfers
Importing a statement no longer double-counts your own money. Card payments and transfers between your accounts are paired with the other side automatically, and the import remembers how you categorised a merchant last time.
Money this month, on Home
Opt in from Budgets and a small money card joins your Home screen and your morning briefing: what came in, what went out, and where you stand against budget. Off by default.
Billable hours onto the invoice
Open an invoice, press "Add billable time", and the client's uninvoiced hours become line items - marked invoiced so nothing gets billed twice. Time -> client -> invoice is now one click.
"Show me around"
Press it on Home, Goals, Objectives, Tasks or Time and your assistant walks the page out loud: it spotlights each part, pauses to look at it, then explains it in the voice you chose. An offer, never automatic, and it works with any of the three looks.
AI Assistant with persistent memory
One memory across every tool - your AI Assistant remembers your goals, clients, and context, so you never explain your business twice.
Choose your assistant's look
Robot, Companion, or Halo - pick in Settings, switch anytime. All three are animated, and all three follow along word by word whenever your assistant reads aloud: your briefing, a chat reply, or a walkthrough.
A two-minute start
Sign up and land in a working workspace in about two minutes. No quiz at the door - preferences live in Settings, where they belong.
News topics, managed inside your briefing
Topic setup and news settings now live on the briefing page itself, so one page runs your whole morning — no hopping between surfaces to tune what arrives.
Turn it on in one click
The briefing's on-switch now lives right on your welcome page and home screen — one click, no settings hunt, and your first briefing lands the next morning.
The one thing to start with
The briefing opens overdue work with a single item and the stated reason it's first — built from your real data: how long it's waited, its priority, what else is queued behind it. Never a wall of twelve stale tasks.
One morning briefing
Your work and your news now arrive together. The progress report and the curated news feed merged into a single morning briefing — one email, one in-app view, one audio narration you can listen to instead. News topics became an add-on to your briefing, not a second product.

Email from the client record
Send email without leaving the work — compose right from a client or contact record, from your own sender identity, and every message is logged on the record's timeline. Replies land back on the record automatically.
Client profitability report
See what each client relationship actually earns — collected revenue against every hour logged, so your effective rate per client is right there, with the billing chain visible on the account.
A guided first hour
A reimagined welcome: a guided setup that takes you from signup to your first logged work in minutes — at your pace, with your AI Assistant to walk you through it if you want.
